  As of 9/11/19, these are the dim sum prices:
  
  A ($2.95) , B ($3.49) , C ($4.59)
  
  This is the closest dine-in dim sum place my family goes to once in a while. They have free parking. On the left hand side of their restaurant when you walk in, they have a section to order to-go dim sum which is pretty neat! You don't have to pay tip if you decide not to dine in, and instead opt for to-go.
  
  As usually, when you dine in you have a $1/person tea charge for each person.
  
  This location does NOT have the traditional dim sum push carts! You will receive a paper with all the options available, and you mark the ones you want. The food will be brought out together so that's a pro for people who don't have patience to wait for a push cart to come by their section.
  
  My usual favourites for dim sum is the chicken feet and the shui mai which they do a great job in making. It's very tasty, and warm when served. My favourite "dessert" dim sum are the mango pudding, coconut and taro cake and the egg tart. The egg tart is a bit smaller here, and doesn't have as much yolk for my liking. It's more crust than yolk.
  
  Expect to spend about $20ish here for 2 people. Still pretty decent. Not cheap, and not overly expensive.

  This used to be my favorite chaozhao restaurant, but I think they have gone Cantonese and also changed the chef.
  
  Their dimsum used to be average, but their dinner menu was amazing. Now it's the opposite, the dimsum is good, but they've changed the recipe on the dishes that made the place special to us.
  
  For example, our favorite dish, the eggplant dish, used to be steamed. It was done differently from other places where they stirfry the eggplant. The manager  told us they changed the recipe because a lot of people complained the dish had no flavor, but we loved it. So disappointing that the recipe is changed now.
  
  If I could find out where their old chef went, I'd happily go try their new restaurant.
  
  On the other hand, if you like dimsum, this is now a good place.

  The food was great service was slow. Mainly giving two stars because my party came in an hour before closing and I tried to order black bean clams and out waiter told us they were out for the night. About thirty minutes later, I see the wait staff bring out a very good portion of clams out for their employees to eat. If you're going to tell me you are out of clams, at least wait till my party leaves before bringing out a decent portion of clams and sitting right next to us. Was very disappointed.
  
  Also our sever never brought us water for a good 15 minutes. We had to ask the cashier for waters.

  My first time her and I enjoyed it. Not your typical Dim Sum restaurant. Instead of waiting for the carts to come around, this place is order style. Just order what youike and the quantity. That's a plus since you get all your order at once and no waiting for the carts to come around. Very cool ambiance, laid back atmosphere. Clean dining area.
  
  Good variety of Dim Sum to choose from, as well as many dishes made to order if you prefer. Food are delicious, authentic tasting and fresh. Prices are inexpensive,  good place to come if you are on a budget. Service staff are friendly and attentive. Parking might be a problem during the peak hours.

  Great place for quick to-go dimsum if you are in the El Monte area. They have a little food court style set up for you with a dimsum menu. They have different dishes for you to choose from but make sure to go in the morning when everything is fresh and available. I went during the afternoon and they ran out of Ha Gow and Sui Mai (the best main dishes). They still hide rice rolls and pork puns which was great. The price for each dish is about $3 which is not too bad. It is quick and easy if you want a dimsum fix. It is located in a small plaza right on the corner. Parking is usually decent and quick to find.
  
  The cleanliness of the restaurant is decent so do not expect squeaky clean floors. It has a very Hong Kong vibe so the food is the main concern!
